Returns:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@alarve.net.

Return Process:
Once your return is approved, we'll send instructions for returning the item. Upon receiving the item in its original condition, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note, shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed. It may take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Products:
