Shipping Policy:
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping for all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with free shipping on orders over €75. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Domestic Orders: 3-5 business days
- International Orders: 7-14 business days
Once your order is processed and shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey. Please note that customs and import duties may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Returns:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@alarve.net.
Return Process:
Once your return is approved, we'll send instructions for returning the item. Upon receiving the item in its original condition, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note, shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed. It may take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
